Delicious Bread Pakoda Recipe | How to Make Yummy Stuffed Bread Fritters?

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes

6 Slices Bread

Red Garlic Chutney for Spreading

For the Stuffing:

1 ½ Cup Boiled Potatoes, Mashed

1 Teaspoon Green chilly, Crushed

1 Teaspoon Red chilly Powder

½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

1 Teaspoon Coriander Leaves

Salt as per Taste

For the Pakoda Batter:

2 ½ Tablespoon Besan

Water as Needed

Salt as per Taste

1 Teaspoon Ajwain(Carom Seeds)

A pinch Turmeric Powder


  • Take a Mixing bowl. Put mashed boiled potatoes, green chili, coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, Garam Masala powder and salt.
  • Mix everything properly and keep side.
  • Take a two bread slices. Spread red garlic chutney on both slice and place stuffing on it properly.
  • Put other bread slice on it and cut into 4 square shape. And Put aside.
  • Now we make batter for fry.
  • Meanwhile put oil on a medium gas for frying. Then Take another mixing bowl. Mix Besan, Salt, Turmeric Powder and ajwain.
  • Add water as per needed and make thick batter.
  • Dip Square pieces in batter and put into hot oil for frying.
  • Fry it till it turns golden brown in color. Take them out on napkin paper.
  • Serve Yummy Bread pakoda with Green chutney, tomato ketchup and red garlic Chutney. Choice is yours!!!!
