Butwe all know salad is always good for our health and we must be eating it regularly. Vegetable Cheese Curd Salad

Vegetables should always be a part of our daily life, and sometimes adding some twist is ok. It’s time for some healthy vegetable salad with some delicious cheese curd,let’s start with the ingredients needed for it.


Cheese curds                                                           3 cups

Cucumber                                                                 1 medium size

Tomato                                                                       2-3 pieces

Green onion                                                             1 stalk

Green pepper                                                           ½ cup

Salt, Mayonnaise                                                     to taste

Lemon juice                                                              1 tablespoon

Garlic clove                                                               1 piece

Mustard, Dried basil, Paprika, Sugar                    ½ tablespoon

Lettuce                                                                       1-2 leaves


  1. Clean all the vegetables with some fresh water and chop them accordingly.
  2. Collectall the chopped vegetables in a bowl. Add all the ingredients listed above, except cheese curds.
  3. Mix all the ingredients. Add all cheese cud pieces and give a good toss to coat them properly
  4. Serve ina lettuce-lined bowl (optional)

(Note: you can add your favorite vegetables according to your taste.)

Cherry Tomato and Cheese Curd Salad

It is other healthy cheery tomatoes salad recipe which goes well with cheese curds. You can keep your health better with some taste of cheese curds. Let’s prepare the delicious cherry Tomato and Cheese Curd Salad for your dinner.


White wine vinegar                                     2 tablespoons

Olive oil                                                          2 tablespoons

Fresh chives                                                 2 tablespoons

Sugar                                                             1 tablespoon

Garlic  clove                                                   1 piece

Cherry tomatoes                                           3 cups

Cheese curds                                               1 ½ cups

Basil leaves                                                  1 cup

Salt and Pepper                                           to taste


  1. Clean the cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and chives properly.

(Note: use fresh basil leaves and chives to give your salad a better taste)

  1. Finely chop chives and garlic clove. And halve the cherry tomatoes.

(Note: usecherry tomatoes of various colors, it will make your salad look more presentable)

  1. Add all your ingredients in a big bowl and mix them well. Now, add your cheese cuds season in with salt and pepper.
  2. Finally, give a quick toss so that cheese curds will coat properly

Cheese curds                                               1 ½ cups

White wine vinegar                                     2 tablespoons

Olive oil                                                          2 tablespoons

Cherry tomatoes                                           1 cup

Fresh chives                                                 2 tablespoons

Basil / Parsley leaves                                  1 cup

Salt, Pepper and Sugar                              to taste

Spinach                                                         5 cups

Crutons (optional)                                        1 cup


  • Fry the cheese curds in frying pan until it turns golden color.

(Use non sticky pan to avoid unnecessary oil)

  • Clean all the vegetables and chop them properly.
  • Add all your ingredients in a big bowl. Add cheese curds and season it with salt and pepper.
  • Toss the bowl to mix all ingredients and serve it.
