Vegetables should always be a part of our daily life, and sometimes adding some twist is ok. It’s time for some healthy vegetable salad with some delicious cheese curd,let’s start with the ingredients needed for it.
Ingredients
Cheese curds 3 cups
Cucumber 1 medium size
Tomato 2-3 pieces
Green onion 1 stalk
Green pepper ½ cup
Salt, Mayonnaise to taste
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Garlic clove 1 piece
Mustard, Dried basil, Paprika, Sugar ½ tablespoon
Lettuce 1-2 leaves
Direction
- Clean all the vegetables with some fresh water and chop them accordingly.
- Collectall the chopped vegetables in a bowl. Add all the ingredients listed above, except cheese curds.
- Mix all the ingredients. Add all cheese cud pieces and give a good toss to coat them properly
- Serve ina lettuce-lined bowl (optional)

Cherry Tomato and Cheese Curd Salad

White wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Fresh chives 2 tablespoons
Sugar 1 tablespoon

Cherry tomatoes 3 cups
Cheese curds 1 ½ cups
Basil leaves 1 cup
Salt and Pepper to taste
Direction
- Clean the cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and chives properly.
(Note: use fresh basil leaves and chives to give your salad a better taste)
- Finely chop chives and garlic clove. And halve the cherry tomatoes.
